Research direction:

1. Search for small molecules and drug targets that can effectively intervene in MES subtype glioblastoma and explore the mechanism of action;

2. Establish methodology based on Drug-seq and CRISPR Screening, use transcriptome to characterize small molecules, and combine with their phenotypes to elucidate intracellular gene regulatory networks.
