About

We mainly focus on the research of new targets and new protocols for the treatment of malignant brain tumors. On the one hand, we use tumor primary cells and mouse models, combined with CRISPR/Cas9 technology and high-throughput screening technology, to explore new targets and mechanisms of tumor cells. On the other hand, we also use single-cell sequencing and mouse genetics experiments to explore the unique immune microenvironment of tumor and brain, and to search for new tumor immune targets of brain tumors. In response to these targets, the laboratory actively uses small molecules, large molecules, oncolytic viruses and CAR-T to intervene in tumors.
